* The weekly rate represents a discount over the daily rate. We provide this economical rate by limiting daily service to changing fresh towels, toiletries, trash removal and a basic cleaning on a daily basis, except on Sundays when towels can be exchanged at the office. Beds are left to guests to make and bedding is changed weekly. Guests using kitchen facilities are responsible for cleaning and washing all used utensils.

Beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, hair dryers and irons are available at the office at no additional charge.

TERMS
RATES - All rates are quoted in US dollars and are based on single or couple occupancy. There is no charge for two children under 12. Add $15 per night for each additional person and $10 for each additional child. Rates are subject to 11% state and county tax.
DEPOSITS - Reservations are held by any major credit card. At our discretion, your card may be charged a 20% deposit plus tax or a minimum of one day and a maximum of one week to confirm your reservation.
- The deposit is non-refundable unless you cancel within the cancellation period.
- The full amount due is payable upon arrival.
- During holidays and special event dates a 100% deposit may be required as well as a 3 to 7 night minimum stay.
- During January, February, March and April a 7 night minimum stay is required. However, shorter stays may be available within 30 days of an arrival date during this period.
CANCELLATION POLICY - Reservations may be canceled up to 30 days prior to arrival. Deposits are only refundable when made within the cancellation period. No shows or non arrivals will be charged for 100% of the full stay plus tax in the room category booked.
- There are no refunds for early departures. In the event of a real emergency, there will be a 20% early departure charge with a minimum payment of 1 day and a maximum payment of 1 week plus tax.
MISCELLANEOUS - All units are non smoking; however, there are tables and chairs outside each unit for the convenience of smokers.
- No pets are allowed. A $75 cleaning charge will be assessed for smoking or pets if you try sneaking.
- Higher rates and minimum length of stays may apply during certain holidays and special events.
- Check out time is 11 a.m. and check in time is 2 p.m. However, we prepare our rooms for new check ins first. Late check outs are subject to addtional charges.
