WE OFFER DISCOUNTED RATES FOR LONG TERM OFF SEASON STAYS (MORE THAN ONE MONTH).
HIGH SEASON (WINTER) RATES MAY APPLY TO SPECIAL EVENTS SUCH AS THE AIR/SEA SHOW, ARVO CONVENTION, FORT LAUDERDALE BOAT SHOW, CERTAIN HOLIDAYS AND OTHER LOCAL EVENTS.
THE CHRISTMAS/NEW YEAR'S PERIOD REQUIRES A MINIMUM 7 DAY STAY.
* The weekly rate represents a discount over the daily rate. We provide this economical rate by limiting daily service to changing used towels, toiletries, trash removal and a basic cleaning on a daily basis, except on Sundays when towels can be exchanged at the office. Beds are left to guests to make and bedding is changed weekly for longer term stays. Guests using kitchen facilities are responsible for cleaning and washing utensils.
Guests paying the full daily rate receive a full daily cleaning. All guests using kitchen facilities are responsible for cleaning and washing utensils.
Beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, hair dryers and irons are available at the office at no additional charge.

TERMS
RATES
All rates are quoted in US dollars and are based on single or couple occupancy and two children under 14. Add $15 per night for each additional person over 14 and $10 for each additional child.
DEPOSITS
• Reservations are held by a major credit card.
• Thirty days before your arrival date your card will be charged a 25% deposit plus tax with a min. of a one day charge.
• The deposit is non-refundable unless you cancel within the cancellation period (see below).
• The full amount due will be charged on the arrival date.
• During holidays, certain designated dates and special events a 100% deposit may be required as well as a minimum stay.
CANCELLATION POLICY
• Reservations may be canceled up to 14 days prior to arrival except for reservations for dates between December 15th and April 15th which require 30 days notice. The 25% deposit will be retained if you do not cancel within the cancellation period.
• No shows or non arrivals will be charged for 100% of the full stay plus tax in the room category booked.
• There are no refunds for early departures.
MISCELLANEOUS
- All units are non smoking; however, there are tables (with ash trays) and chairs outside each unit for the convenience of smokers.
- No pets are allowed.
- If there is smoking or pets in the unit, it will be cleaned by Service Master or other cleaning service at your expense.
- Higher rates and minimum length of stays apply during certain holidays and special events.
- Check out time is 11 a.m. and check in time is 2 p.m. However, we prepare our rooms for new check ins first. Late check outs are subject to addtional charges.
